A New Chapter for Colpak

One of the most rewarding parts of running a family business is watching the next generation step up and take the reins.

I’m proud to share that my sons, Jacob and Mason, have become shareholders in Colpak alongside me — and are taking on leadership roles within the business.

Jacob steps into the role of Managing Director, leading our transport operations, while Mason takes the lead on Business Development and Future Projects.

Both came up through the business and still get behind the wheel for heavy haulage work — something I think says a lot about how this family operates.

This marks an exciting new chapter. It reflects our commitment to growing and strengthening Colpak for many years to come, and gives me enormous confidence in the future of what we’ve built.

I’m grateful to our employees, customers and suppliers for the support over the past two decades, and excited about what lies ahead as Jacob and Mason continue to shape the future of the business.
